Good Cheer

At Christmas Play and make Good Cheer,
For Christmas comes but once a Year.
 ~~ Thomas Tusser

The cold as finally set in ..... we wait with anticipation
for the snow to come ... for nothings says
Christmas as a blanket of white.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~
The tree is up, the greens in place and
the cabin smells delightful .
Smells, Sights, Sounds
a magical time of year.
~~~~~~~~
Most of the shopping is done .... so now
its on to wrapping & baking two of my favorite
things to do no matter what time of year.

I was very lucky my DH had taken out a two year
warranty on my camera so I was covered
for the last mishap ... they actually found
they couldn't fix it, so
I will received a brand new camera.
This was all done at
Best Buy with the Geek Squad.
I'm most Happy.  :-)
I cant believe how many times I
have reach for the camera to remember
Dang I don't  have it.
I don't claim to have any talent in  the photography
department but I do tend to see ... all around me
things  that make me think Wow, how Neat
or how Beautiful what a great photo that would make.
Plus how can anyone have Sweet Grands and
not think ..... I must have that shot. lol
I have been totally lost with out it.

 I hope all your holiday preparations
are right in order and bring you
much Happiness & Joy
for Christmas is a Season, and
a State of Mind as much as it is a Day.
EnJoy !!
Sending you Best Holiday Wishes,
Blessings & Warm Hugs

Oh how I agree, the "season" of Christmas is just as much (or more) fun as the day. The anticipation, the planning, the decorating, baking and gift wrapping... Love all of your pictures and can't wait to see more! Have a great week, Dawn

Connie...you are one person who should never be without her camera! You do have a rare talent in the picture taking department; surely as lovely as any I've ever seen in a magazine. I'm with you on the wrapping and baking. Those are my favorite things to do at Christmas as well...especially the wrapping.
Oh...and I have to agree with you about one thing regarding my phone post. It doesn't count with my best friend and my offspring. I absolutely MUST talk to them as well. Can't help but notice how your posts are always so loving and warm and mine often sound hostile! LOL.
Take care and enjoy this wonderful Christmas season.
